Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit) and SketchUp or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present ideas to clients and teams.
• Deep understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Atlanta As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various projects while ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of architects engineers and designers to create innovative designs for projects
• Develop detailed plans blueprints and 3D models using computer-aided design CAD software
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences and translate them into design concepts
• Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure that construction is in line with the proposed design
• Oversee the project budget schedule and progress to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
• Review project proposals contracts and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 8 years experience as an architect in commercial or residential projects
• Strong proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD or Revit as well as other design tools like SketchUp or Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients stakeholders and team members
• Deep understanding of building codes regulations and construction processes
• Proven track record of leading successful projects from conceptualization to completion
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
