Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an architect in construction.
• Strong CAD skills: AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
• Excellent design skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proven project management experience across multiple projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and teams.
• Knowledge of Akron building codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design process from concept to final construction plans.
• Collaborate with clients to understand goals for each project.
• Develop design solutions meeting function, aesthetics, and budget.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using CAD.
