LGA Partners, an architecture firm with a national footprint, is seeking a Senior Architect / Interior Designer to lead aviation and food & beverage projects. You will manage client relationships, guide design through all phases, oversee budgeting and scheduling, and mentor the Aviation Studio team to deliver high-design, code-compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 10+ years in aviation, terminal concessions and retail or high-end F&B.
• Licensed architect in PA or OH; multistate registration desired.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Bluebeam; strong rendering skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams through all phases of design and construction.
• Manage contract negotiations with clients.
• Develop designs balancing technical and aesthetic perspectives.
• Direct daily construction administration with contractors and consultants.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project schedules and staffing.
• Establish and manage project budgets and scope changes.
• Evaluate building systems and materials for design goals.
• Conduct thorough site analyses and ensure code compliance.
• Mentor Aviation Studio staff and act as primary client contact.
• Promote creativity and high design standards within the team.
