LGA Partners, LP, a Pittsburgh-headquartered design firm, seeks a Senior Architect/Interior Designer to lead aviation and F&B projects. You will guide design across all phases, manage client accounts, and mentor a junior team within the Aviation Studio.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in terminal concessions or high-design interiors, PA/OH license, mastery of REVIT/AutoCAD/SketchUp and strong leadership. Travel regionally and nationally as projects demand.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree required in architecture or interior design.
15+ years of experience, specifically terminal concessions, retail, or high-design food & beverage.
Licensed architect in PA or OH; multi-state registration desired.
Thorough knowledge of building construction systems, materials, code and industry standards.
Proficient in design and documentation tools including REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Bluebeam.
Strong design and technical skills with effective client communication and team collaboration.
Previous team leadership experience and growth mindset for the practice.

Mansioni

Lead project teams through all phases of design and construction to align with client goals, budgets and schedules.
Manage contract negotiations with clients.
Develop and drive designs balancing technical and aesthetic perspectives.
Direct daily construction administration with contractors, consultants, and clients.
Develop, monitor and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans and staffing strategies.
Establish and manage project budgets including scope changes and profitability targets.
Evaluate building systems and materials to meet performance standards.
Mentor Aviation Studio staff and act as primary client contact.
