Responsibilities

• Establish and lead enterprise integration and data readiness capabilities with governance and delivery processes.
• Identify and translate business needs into scalable data solutions with measurable value.
• Architect and implement data ecosystems including data lakes, warehouses, and lakehouses.
• Drive MDM, data quality, metadata, and security across data assets.
• Enable data democratization, self-service analytics, and AI-driven insights.
• Develop enterprise-wide training and change management for data platforms.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture, delivery, and mentoring.
• Evaluate emerging tech and sustain cost-effective operating models.
