Job summary

Lantheus is seeking a highly hands-on Senior Technical Architect, Integrations & Data Readiness Solutions to lead architecture, implementation, and enablement of enterprise integration and data readiness capabilities across the organization.

This role connects enterprise systems, platforms, data products, analytics, and AI-ready data foundations so business teams can access trusted, governed data for reporting, dashboards, self-service, and natural-language queries.

Qualifications

15+ years of enterprise integration and data platforms experience.
Proficient with Informatica IDMC/PowerCenter, SAP BTP/CPI, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft.
Expertise in data lakes/warehouses/lakehouses and governance.
Experience with Databricks and Snowflake for multiple domains.
Strong data quality, lineage, security and privacy knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture for enterprise integration and data readiness.
Translate business needs into scalable, valuable data solutions.
Architect data ecosystems with data products, marketplaces, and AI-ready data assets.
Drive data governance, MDM, metadata, and security strategies.
Enable self-service analytics and AI-ready insights via governed data platforms.
Develop training and change management for adoption across teams.
Provide technical leadership and mentor cross-functional teams.
Evaluate new tech and manage cost-efficient operating models.
