Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of related architectural experience and licensure preferred.
• Proficient in Revit to produce quality construction documents.
• Experience with Bluebeam for coordinating documents and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and oversees construction administration and documentation.
• Accountable for accurate code reviews.
• Serves as primary project contact with clients.
• Develops and delivers design presentations and architectural models to communicate project intent.
• Participates in the firm’s overall business development.
• Mentors and leads other architects and technicians.
