Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development with proven architect-level decision making.
• Experience in designing multi-tenant SaaS architecture with RBAC and SBAC.
• Willingness to travel to Austin 3-4 days twice monthly and relocate upon full-time conversion.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture and lead the development of Pandesco's SaaS platform.
• Write production code using .NET (C#), React, and Azure services.
• Set and enforce engineering standards across all teams.
