Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering, architecture, or large-scale technology leadership.
• Expertise across software engineering, architecture, delivery, and operational excellence.
• Ability to design and influence large-scale enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with resilience, recoverability, and performance engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise architecture vision for stability, resilience, reliability, recoverability, security, and performance.
• Develop reference architectures, patterns, standards, and reusable capabilities for enterprise resilience.
• Architect resilience across critical journeys, business functions, and ecosystems.
• Mitigate systemic risks and architectural vulnerabilities across the enterprise.
• Partner with executives to establish strategy, governance, and automation for resilience.
