Our Tallahassee studio is seeking a full-time Senior Architect to serve as a firmwide resource supporting projects across our Georgia and Florida offices. This role will contribute to a diverse portfolio ranging from small to large-scale, complex projects across multiple commercial market sectors.

The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise, design leadership, and project management throughout the entire project lifecycle—from concept and design through construction documentation and construction administration. This individual will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Principals, consultants, and clients. In addition, this role will involve mentoring emerging professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects, and contributing to building a positive office culture. This position requires preferred candidates to be licensed. The role reports directly to the Tallahassee Office Leader.

Compensation will be determined based on years of professional experience, licensure and credentials, specific expertise, ability to manage team members, client-facing skills, and complexity of past projects completed.
