H2M architects + engineers, a multidiscipline architectural, engineering, environmental consulting firm seeks a licensed Senior Architect to join our team in our NYC office.

Come join our multi-disciplined team of architects and engineers. We’re looking for a Sr. Architect with 10+ years’ experience in the New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) design procedures, CAD production and document coordination. In this role, you will work in developing and executing SCA design work. Experience with building envelope inspection and construction is desired. Strong verbal and written skills are required, while following SCA Design standards. You will also coordinate the efforts of both in-house and outside teams who handle structural engineering, MEP design, civil and environmental engineering services.
The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000 annually.
