A leading company is seeking a Senior MarTech Solutions Architect to enable the design and deployment of advanced marketing capabilities. This role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Warren, MI Innovation Center or Austin, TX Innovation Center, you are expected to report to that location at least three times a week. This position may be eligible for relocation assistance.
As part of the larger MarTech Strategy and Solutions team, the Senior MarTech Solutions Architect is a key leader focused on enabling the design, development, and deployment of world-class modern marketing capabilities at General Motors. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and technology, leading the future direction and design for platforms that leverage advanced technology to create personalized, relevant, data-driven customer experiences using our Marketing Technology stack, including Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Personalization engines, Campaign Management tools (email, SMS, push notifications, in-vehicle notifications), AdTech, and other tools.
This role requires a self-starter with deep expertise in marketing technology, particularly in Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Orchestration, and Adobe Campaign, along with experience in data capture and data architecture that support these platforms. We seek a creative problem solver and collaborator who can establish a clear vision and work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to realize that vision. Candidates should have a proven track record in designing and building marketing technology tools, with comprehensive knowledge across the full MarTech solution space (personalization, media activation, email campaign management, CMS, AdTech, identity resolution, etc.).
