Bobbitt is seeking an Architect in Cary, NC to collaborate with design teams and stakeholders to plan, design, and deliver on-time, in-budget commercial spaces. The role emphasizes constructible designs, code-compliant documentation, and coordination with internal and external teams.
The ideal candidate will hold an Architecture degree (NAAB) with strong Revit and 3D visualization skills, plus a mix of organizational, analytical, and communicative abilities to drive project success.
Architects work closely with the entire design team to help plan, design, and make owner's spaces special for on-time and in-budget new commercial spaces and buildings. This role works with associated Bobbitt Group team members including business development, civil engineering, interior design, estimating, construction management, and field superintendents while promoting a positive and safe work environment, and works closely with clients and stakeholders to help their vision become reality in a fun, efficient, cost-effective, and timely completed project.
