Job Title: Senior Architect (Akron, United States)
Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Akron, United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and design, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading the design process and providing technical expertise throughout all stages of a project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process from concept development through to construction documentation
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and deliver creative, innovative and sustainable design solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on building codes, regulations, and standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
  • Mentor junior team members and assist with their professional development
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in architecture, preferably within commercial or institutional projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards in the United States

We offer a competitive salary package of 1700$ per month for this position. In addition to this salary compensation we also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare ticket for all nationalities. Accommodation is not provided but we are happy to assist with finding suitable housing options.
