WSP is seeking a Senior Archaeologist to support our Northwest Arkansas office. You will lead heritage resources projects, direct field teams on surveys and excavations, and develop research designs for cultural resource studies within a collaborative, safety‑conscious environment.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in CRM archaeology, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent writing and client‑engagement skills. Travel to project sites across the region may be required.

In addition to our many ongoing Phase I, II, and III projects, WSP has multiple upcoming cultural resources projects, from survey to mitigation, across Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas, and the broader Midwest and Southeast regions.
Our highly experienced team includes over 40 cultural resources professionals across key Midwest hubs, supported by a national network of technical experts.
