• 6+ years accounting experience including 2+ years in Accounts Receivable and retail.
• Experience with sales/use tax, financial reporting, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR operations across wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels including invoicing, payment application, collections, credit issuance, chargeback resolution, and dispute management.
• Coordinate recovery efforts with financial institutions and ensure accurate reconciliations and timely reporting.
• Oversee AR processes across platforms (Global-E, Affirm, BOLT, POS, SPO, merchant services) for efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain AR subledgers, GL reconciliations, and audit-ready documentation; ensure policy adherence.
• Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities and management reporting requirements.
• Perform credit reviews for wholesale orders and approve shipments per guidelines.
• Drive cash flow via credit management, collections, dispute resolution, and aging oversight.
• Analyze AR metrics, store variances, and payment processing data; report to Finance leadership.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, E‑Commerce, Retail Ops, Shipping, and Tech to improve processes.
