Job summary

IronCraft is seeking a Senior Accounting Clerk to provide experienced support across accounts receivable and accounts payable. You will handle invoicing, collections, payments, vendor transactions, and month-end activities across IronCraft and affiliated companies.

This senior individual contributor role involves backup coverage, resolving complex accounting issues, and maintaining accurate records. Strong Excel and ERP skills, plus the ability to work independently within a team, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience in AR/AP
• Experience with manufacturing or distribution environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems

Responsibilities

• Prepare, send, and apply customer invoices and statements
• Manage collections and resolve payment issues with customers
• Input and process vendor invoices and payments; resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end close including reconciliations and reporting
• Assist with deposit processing and backup for accounting tasks
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations to solve account problems
