• Develop and implement tier-based AppSec control models and baselines.
• Identify control gaps and drive remediation and onboarding plans.
• Partner with security champions and engineering teams to implement controls and align with SSDLC requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on AppSec priorities, risks, and investments.
