Job summary

Quartermaster AI is seeking a hands-on senior security architect responsible for application security across cloud and edge systems, leading threat models, secure design reviews, and full-scope security assessments for web, API, and backend services.

You will integrate and tune SAST, DAST, SCA, and CodeQL in CI/CD, drive remediation with engineering, and advance the secure SDLC with developer-focused training.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in application security across cloud and edge architectures.
• Ability to lead cross-functional security initiatives and communicate risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead threat models, secure design reviews, and full-scope application security assessments across web, API, cloud, and backend services.
• Integrate and tune SAST, DAST, SCA, and CodeQL in CI/CD, and drive vulnerability remediation with engineering teams.
• Develop paved-road tooling, mature the secure SDLC, and deliver developer-focused security training.
