Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, IT planning and risk analysis for applications development.
• Monitor all phases of development from analysis to implementation and provide user support.
• Analyze complex problems, evaluate business processes and industry standards and make evaluative judgments.
• Recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis to ensure system integrity.
• Consult with users and other technology groups, propose advanced programming solutions and assist customer exposure systems.
• Define operating standards and processes and coach junior analysts.
• Operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and other team members, escalating control issues with transparency.
