The ideal candidate has hands-on ApplinX development with Java, modern web technologies, integration methods, and strong communication for knowledge transfer to MDHS staff.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Java development experience.
• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining ApplinX solutions.
• Experience with ApplinX version 11 or later.
• Experience gathering and formulating business requirements with customers or stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support ApplinX web development solutions within JAWS and MAVERICS legacy apps.
• Develop and implement limited enhancements as needed.
• Design, configure, and support ApplinX environments per best practices.
• Collaborate with MDHS stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Incorporate changes and perform testing prior to implementation.
• Support production deployment and troubleshooting of ApplinX solutions.
• Work with ApplinX servers, Designer seats, applications, web apps, and NATAPX hosts.
• Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to MDHS personnel.
• Apply Agile practices where appropriate.
• Develop well-performing, structured web applications using modern web technologies.
• Provide strong technical communication through docs and presentations.
