Qualifications

• 3+ years building ML models for business applications.
• Strong background in ML and NLP.
• Ability to translate research into production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate ML and DL models for NLU, generation, and conversational AI.
• Develop scalable training and evaluation pipelines for large language models.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product teams to productionize research.
• Conduct rigorous experiments, analyze results, and iterate to improve quality and safety.
• Stay current with research and contribute novel ideas to the team.
• Champion responsible AI practices including fairness and robustness.
