Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in predictive modeling and analysis.
• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience distilling customer requirements into problem definitions amid ambiguity.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience leading scientists and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop novel algorithms and modeling techniques for Conversational AI and LLM-driven systems.
• Lead and mentor senior and junior scientists across projects.
• Contribute to state-of-the-art language technology and scalability on large-scale data.
