Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled Applied Scientist to advance Generative AI for Creative X. You will build product-ready models and collaborate with PMs and engineers to deliver advertiser-facing features and scalable AI solutions.

PhD or Master’s with 6+ years of applied research is required, plus deep learning and ML experience. Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or Java, and familiarity with large-scale systems like Hadoop or Spark are preferred.

• Experience building ML models or algorithms for business applications.
• Strong knowledge of neural deep learning methods and ML.
• Experience with large-scale ML systems and profiling.
