Qualifications

• 5+ years building ML models for business applications.
• PhD or MSc with 6+ years of applied research preferred.
• Experience with large-scale ML systems and distributed data processing.

Responsibilities

• Research and implement cutting-edge ML approaches, including generative AI and LLMs.
• Develop and deploy ML solutions across ranking, personalization, NLP, CV, and recommender systems.
• Lead end-to-end projects at massive scale with petabytes of data.
• Build and optimize models to balance customer experience and monetization goals.
• Design and run A/B experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and other scientists on production deployment.
• Develop scalable processes for model development, validation, and deployment.
