Qualifications

• 3+ years building ML models for business applications.
• PhD or Master’s degree with 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and effective ML models and optimization strategies to solve business problems.
• Research new ML modeling approaches to optimize Sponsored Products.
• Enhance scalability of large-scale training and real-time inference systems.
• Pioneer development of LLM inference infrastructure for GenAI workloads at Amazon Ads scale.
