Qualifications

• 3+ years building ML models for business applications.
• PhD or Master’s with 6+ years of applied research.

Responsibilities

• Set scientific direction for speech-to-text accuracy across domains.
• Lead evaluation, adaptation, and fine-tuning of speech and audio models.
• Improve end-to-end audio pipeline performance and latency.
• Define datasets, benchmarks, and evaluation methodologies reflecting customer use cases.
• Lead model and inference optimization for reliable real-time operation.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers to validate improvements.
