Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sr. Applied Scientist to advance the DemandTech - AdDelivery, Experience and Measurement initiatives.

You will lead the development of predictive models for advertising campaigns, design policy for autonomous actions, and ensure attribution of improvements to our interventions. You will collaborate with engineers and product teams to deploy model artifacts into production, shaping the next generation of Amazon Ads capabilities for millions of views and

Qualifications

3+ years of building machine learning models for business applications.
PhD or Master’s with 6+ years of applied research experience.
Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.

Responsibilities

Build predictive issue-detection models for campaigns and signals.
Design the intervention-selection policy framed as a contextual bandit.
Establish causal attribution separating interventions from organic performance changes.
Integrate cross-model signals to form a unified advertiser-intelligence view.
Define reward schemas and feedback loops to optimize campaigns.
