Job summary

Archer seeks a senior research scientist to independently partner with science, engineering, and product teams to translate business needs into research plans and production-ready ML/AI solutions.

You will lead end-to-end applied research, design datasets, run POCs, and optimize models, while documenting insights, publishing findings, and collaborating with internal teams to ship solutions to production.

Responsibilities
