Qualifications

• 3+ years of building ML models for business applications.
• PhD or Master's with 6+ years of applied research.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and ML.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and development of ML and statistical models for Alexa reliability at scale.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and operations leaders to productionize ML solutions.
• Design evaluation frameworks and ensure grounded, bias-free AI systems.
