You will define what a great search experience looks like by innovating new ways to explain why a product matches a shopper's needs. You will manage a team of scientists and engineers, partner with senior leaders, and shape strategies across Search, Retail, and Advertising to improve customer

Qualifications

• Lead the development of predictive models that identify and mitigate irrelevant, misleading, or low-quality product recommendations across search placements.
• Own the development and ongoing measurement of customer experience metrics as reported to senior leadership.
• Manage and grow a team of applied scientists, engineers, and product managers.
• Collaborate with multiple orgs to align on metrics and standards.

Responsabilités

• Design and scale AI-powered systems whose outputs are used to continually improve the search results.
• Expand the definition of search quality to include shopper preferences and page-level context.
• Invest in AI infrastructure to reduce cost of measuring CX metrics across placements and marketplaces.
• Invent new product experiences with intelligent image/title selection and contextual explanations.
• Lead and influence across the organization, presenting to executives.
