Faire is seeking a Senior Applied AI/ML Scientist on the Brand Growth team in San Francisco to own modeling and measurement for acquiring and growing brands on our marketplace.

You will work across structured and unstructured data, applying methods from personalization, recommendations, and causal inference to drive business impact. You will partner with product, engineering, marketing and sales to ship models end-to-end and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience applying ML to real-world problems.
• Experience with e-commerce or two-sided marketplaces.
• Strong project framing, experimentation, and measurement skills.
• Excellent communication in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with LTV modeling, NLP, LLMs, and causal ML.

Responsibilities

• Own modeling and measurement for a set of brand growth problems.
• Build and ship ML models that power acquisition and growth.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and sales.
