Respondology, LLC is hiring a Senior Applied Machine Learning Engineer to join their remote team. In this role, you will develop AI-powered systems that process billions of interactions. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in applied machine learning and strong Python skills.

Compensation ranges from $140,000 to $175,000 per year, with additional bonuses and equity offered. The position allows for remote work with some occasional travel to Colorado for team interactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building applied ML systems in production.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs including classification and summarization.
• Strong ML evaluation instincts and experience in constructing datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own high-difficulty applied ML features from prototype through production.
• Build eval pipelines and observability tooling.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate feasibility.
