Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Applied AI Engineer with 10+ years in AI, ML, and DL to design, deploy, and oversee enterprise-scale AI solutions. You will lead architecture and hands-on development across Python, PyTorch/JAX, LLMs, NLP, CV, and MLOps while guiding teams and promoting responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience in AI/ML/Applied AI.
• Proficiency in Python with PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow.
• Experience deploying LLMs, NLP, CV, and DL in production.
• Strong knowledge of distributed training, GPU optimization, and model serving.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, and automated ML workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI workloads.
• Strong skills in ML algorithms, statistics, experimentation, and optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions for complex business challenges.
• Architect scalable training, inference, and MLOps pipelines for enterprise AI apps.
• Develop, fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLMs and multimodal AI models.
• Build AI apps leveraging RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Design ML pipelines for NLP, CV, recommendations, and predictive analytics.
• Optimize model performance, latency, and infrastructure across cloud and distributed environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver production AI.
• Establish best practices for model evaluation, governance, security, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Mentor junior AI engineers and contribute to architecture reviews and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and foundations to drive innovation.
