Kaseya is hiring an Applied ML Engineer to partner with product teams, extracting insights from data and building AI-powered features. You will lead data analysis, ML modeling, and workflow design to enable AI understanding, enrichment, and automated resolution within our product suite.

In this role you will mentor junior data/ML engineers, collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production systems, and establish standards for experimentation and responsible AI usage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science or ML engineering with production features.
• Strong Python and Pandas for data analysis.
• Experience with PySpark or distributed data processing.

Responsabilités

• Data & ML modeling to power product features (categorization, recommendations, ranking).
• Design AI-driven ingest flows turning unstructured inputs into structured data.
• Build and deploy ML models with monitoring and reliability in mind.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to productionize models.
