Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a quantitative field as listed.
• 10+ years of professional experience in defense/intelligence domain.
• Expertise in probability theory, stochastic processes, and statistical inference.
• Experience building probabilistic algorithms for detection and data analysis.
• Ability to explain complex math to technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in applied mathematics, probability theory, stochastic processes, and statistical inference.
• Develop probabilistic algorithms and models for feature-based change detection.
• Support radar-data processing, experiments, and evaluation activities.
• Characterize resident space objects from noisy sparse data.
• Apply ML techniques to identify anomalies and improve analytic performance.
• Design experiments, evaluate results, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate mission needs into analytic solutions.
• Document methods and results in technical reports and briefings.
