Job summary

You will mentor scientists, collaborate with engineering, and translate research into customer-facing capabilities that boost productivity and decision making at scale.

Qualifications

• PhD in ML, CS, EE, or related field or Master’s with 5+ years research/industry exp.
• Experience building ML models for real-world use cases.
• Experience with generative AI and training / fine-tuning foundation models.
• Proven publication record or patents in AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience in NLP/LLMs/CV/Agentic AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and development efforts in generative AI and Agentic AI to enable intelligent agents.
• Build and optimize multi-modal foundation models and train/fine-tune state-of-the-art LLMs.
• Architect systems that scale across domains and productionize research.
