Job summary

Lovable is seeking a senior engineer with deep marketing knowledge to join Applied AI. You’ll embed with Marketing and build AI systems, data, and agents that Lovable teams rely on. You will ship production software yourself on Lovable, working with the Applied AI engineers to push systems live.

You’ll collaborate with the CMO and Marketing leads, map current workflows, and test model outputs to ensure reliability for daily use. This role blends platform work with strategic marketing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Deep marketing knowledge from a marketing organization or product/data role serving marketing teams.
• Experience building with complex marketing integrations and data contracts.
• Ability to design and operate systems with clear ownership and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Run a listening tour with Marketing to map current systems and data sources.
• Agree project scope with Marketing leadership, including metrics and owners.
• Connect context for launches across tickets, docs, threads and usage data.
• Build agents and workflows for Performance and Social with brand checks.
• Encode Brand and Product Marketing judgment into systems and guidance.
• Link Marketing systems to the shared data layer for trusted data access.
• Reuse foundations: data contracts, permissions, and agent patterns.
• Launch systems with named owners, runbooks, access rules, and reviews.
• Measure results with Marketing and decide on improvements.
• Translate internal product gaps into Lovable product work.
