Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive software/AI/ data engineering experience.
• At least 3 years deploying AI-enabled solutions in production.
• Experience with LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Proficient in Python, APIs, integrations, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with Snowflake, SQL, and enterprise data platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support AI-powered apps and services.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Research and prototype AI technologies to support objectives.
• Develop conversational AI solutions, chatbots, and intelligent workflows.
• Create integrations between AI solutions, enterprise apps, APIs, and data platforms.
• Query, transform, and manage data for AI/ML using Snowflake and related tech.
• Develop retrieval pipelines, semantic search, and vector data services.
• Ensure data quality, security, governance, and performance.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI solutions in production.
• Document architecture, standards, and support materials.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify AI adoption opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership and stay current with AI trends.
