Qualifications

• 8+ years across data/analytics/software/ML engineering with last 3+ years shipping Applied AI and agentic LLM systems in production.
• Architect, build, and operate production AI products with LLMs, agents, and deterministic components for humans and machines.
• Hands-on fluency with modern LLM and agent frameworks and vector search.
• Production discipline for AI systems with evaluation, guardrails, telemetry, and cost/latency optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the data and AI platform for Business and Education on Databricks, AWS, and cloud-native patterns.
• Own AI and agentic systems end-to-end: retrieval, planning, evaluation, guardrails, deployment, and on-call rotation.
• Develop GenAI, agentic AI, and analytics foundations: RAG pipelines, vector search, knowledge graphs, multi-agent orchestration.
• Ensure scalable, efficient systems with model selection and latency considerations.
• Partner with product, analytics, and AI teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable production systems.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through reviews and rollout across lifecycle.
