This includes enhancing functionality, developing intelligent services, and providing AI-powered assistance to People, Corporate Governance, Contract, Legal, Marketing, Sales, DemoX, Customer Service teams, and more. Beyond new projects, you'll also contribute to the iterative enhancement of existing intelligent applications.

What You'll Do At Pega

• Leverage state-of-the-art GenAI technologies to translate requirements into robust feature designs, implementations, tests, deployments, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team, working alongside passionate and skilled engineers.
• Work with a technology stack that includes LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 2), NLP libraries, Python, and potentially Java, with a strong focus on GenAI Application Development and GenAI Application Design

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, with a focus on AI and machine learning concepts.
• Proficient in developing high-quality code that meets engineering excellence standards.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Passionate about continuous learning and innovation in the field of artificial intelligence.
• Proven ability to analyze and solve complex problems logically.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  
  

What You've Accomplished

• 4+ years of overall software development experience for automating business process, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to developing GenAI applications
• 2+ years experience developing applications using Pega Platform
• CSA or CSSA required
• Solid understanding of LLMs, NLP, and related GenAI technologies
• Experience with Langchain, or similar LLM orchestration tools
• Experience with vector databases
• Experience with prompt engineering
• Experience with fine tuning LLMs
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
