The role requires 10+ years in enterprise security, advanced manufacturer certifications, strong leadership and documentation skills, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise access control and video management.
• Advanced manufacturer certifications are required.
• Excellent leadership, documentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement enterprise-class security infrastructures.
• Lead large-scale deployments and system commissioning across sites.
• Evaluate designs for feasibility, scalability, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.
• Optimize configurations, networks, and hardware for reliability.
• Develop upgrade and migration strategies to minimize downtime.
• Oversee integration of third-party platforms and analytics.
• Maintain deployment docs and governance artifacts.
