Job summary

You will develop CNC programs for mill/turn/grind, work with NX and VERICUT, and mentor machinists to boost product quality and on-time delivery. The role requires 7–10 years of machine shop experience and 5–7 years as CNC Programmer, with NX and VERICUT proficiency strongly

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of machine shop experience with CNC mills, lathes, or grinders.
• 5–7 years as CNC Programmer is required.
• Siemens NX experience is required.
• FANUC and Okuma CNC controls experience preferred.
• VERICUT software experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM tools and tooling knowledge.
• Ability to read blueprints and travelers.

Responsibilities

• Translates drawings and specifications to coordinate set-ups and operations.
• Determines best-practice processes and designates proper tooling.
• Create toolpaths for 3, 4, 5‑axis milling, turning, and grinding.
• Verify tool paths in Vericut software.
• Produce setup descriptions and tool lists for machinists.
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to resolve issues and improve quality.
