You will create multi-axis programs, use Vericut, perform full set-ups, edits, and tight tolerances to +/- .0001, and work with machine code, macros, and inspection tools.
Proven Siemens NX & CAD/CAM experience required; strong attention to detail and problem solving essential.

- 7-10 years manufacturing/engineering
- 5-7 years Siemens NX & CNC Programming
- Proficient in the use of CAD/CAM
- Attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Create multi-axis programs
- Utilize Vericut software
- Experience performing full set‑ups, program edits, and holding tolerances as tight as +/- .0001
- Complete understanding of machine control management, including mastering of all machine code terminology, usage, along with macro programming usage
- Complete understanding and awareness of inspection measurement tools
- Complete understanding of work-holding strategies and usage
- Trouble-shooting skills and ability to think critically
