Nextpower is seeking an Applications Engineering Manager for Advanced Module Frames to lead technical guidance, investigate customer inquiries, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations. You will oversee external engineering projects, clarify scope and schedules, and maintain centralized knowledge of engineering actions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Structural Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in applications/engineering or technical customer support.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design, materials, structural performance, manufacturing, testing.

Responsabilités

• Lead applications engineering and provide technical guidance for Advanced Module Frames.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to capture requirements and drive product improvements.
• Direct external engineering and testing projects, clarifying scope, schedules, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain organized tracking of inquiries, actions, and commitments; communicate status to stakeholders.
