Job description

Capgemini seeks an Oracle AO Developer who provides end-to-end solutions that address clients’ business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Integration/Customizations (OICS,VBCS,PCS,ATP) on Oracle Fusion application. The candidate for this role will have excellent development and analytical skills.


Your role

• Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end architecture using Oracle Integration Technologies.
• Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training and release management.
• Highlight and mitigate risk. Guide team members and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Review deliverables before handing over to Customer.
• Be an active member within company’s Oracle technology communities
• Coordinate with Customer, Application teams and offshore team members.

Your skills and experience

• 8 to 10 years of working experience on Oracle Integrations/Customizations(OICS,VBCS,PCS,ATP) on Oracle Fusion application
• Good knowledge on Oracle Cloud Architecture and Framework.
• Configure and Manage Integration end points, Security settings and error handling.
• Ability to work with onshore/client team to deliver assigned components or CEMLI.
• Monitor OCI performance, availability, and security, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Manage OIC platform, Monitor integration flows, performance, and resource utilization. Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of integrations.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies and Application Server Life Cycle Management.
• Support scheduling the release, coordinating between teams, and deployment of release as per the schedule. Track progress, find issues, improve process of release.
• Strong Oracle PL/SQL experience is mandatory, Visual Studio experience is mandatory
• Should have good Understanding of Agile / OUM (Project Documentation)
• Ability to Manage project independently with team size of 8-10 members
• Strong communication and analytical & Problem solving skills.
• Oracle Cloud OICS or ODA certification Mandatory.
