Job summary

Renown Health seeks a Senior Application Specialist to lead analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of enterprise application systems across Renown Health entities. You will partner with users to resolve technical issues and drive optimization, including configuration, testing, and support of files and changes.

Requires 4–6 years in application configuration/design, healthcare experience, and PM exposure; Bachelor's in health/science/business.

Qualifications

• Working-level knowledge of the English language (reading, writing, speaking).
• Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4-6 years’ experience in application configuration/design, with at least 2 years configuration/design and implementation in the application.
• 4+ years’ experience in a Healthcare setting (hospital or physician practice) preferred.
• Project Management experience preferred.
• Application Certification or Accreditation may be required; stay current on versions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Project, Word); ability to use computer for online forms and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead in analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation of application systems.
• Oversee design, configuration, testing and support of files within products and scope.
• Troubleshoot moderate to complex problems and requests from end users.
• Create and maintain documentation.
• Lead large projects and coordinate with user community.
• Develop LOE estimates and track time.
• Maintain communication with Business Owners, Project Managers, vendors and customers.
• Develop clear process flows and documentation for business units.
