Job summary

- Drives features and quality improvements with measurable outcomes.
- Provides global production support for critical issues with guidance.
- Troubleshoots issues spanning application layers and OCI services.
- Partners with QA to define test strategies and ensure module consistency.
- Maintains API contracts and prioritizes build work using incident data.
- Incorporates external feedback into backlog refinement.
- Mentor engineers and coordinate cross-functional feature delivery.
- Designs software architectures aligned to system goals.
- Implements testing, observability, and debugging processes.
