Job summary

Reltio, Inc. is seeking a Staff Application Security Engineer to define and drive security architecture across a cloud-native SaaS platform. You will mentor teams, lead threat modeling, and develop novel defenses for API and AI-related security risks.

You will partner with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Release Management to embed security as a foundation of software design and delivery, shaping secure SDLC practices and risk-based decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in application security or software development in cloud-native/SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated technical leadership; ability to drive initiatives across teams without direct authority.
• Hands-on expertise in secure coding practices and code reviews; strong security design sensibilities.
• Deep understanding of cloud well-architected frameworks, API security, and secure DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall security architecture and roadmap for the product platform.
• Lead secure development lifecycle and shift-left security initiatives across teams.
• Design security controls in CI/CD pipelines and enable automated testing and vulnerability management.
• Lead threat modeling and risk assessments for high-impact systems; communicate risk to stakeholders.
