Title: Senior Application Lifecycle Manager (Remote)

The Senior ALM Administrator will support and manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools—primarily Helix and Polarion—used in R&D for product design, development, and testing documentation. This role ensures efficient tool usage, supports data migration, and contributes to scalable systems that drive high-quality product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data migration tasks, including UAT and report generation.
• Administer and optimize ALM tools (Helix, Polarion). (MUST HAVE)
• Configure projects, repositories, and workflows.
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and licenses.
• Provide training and user support.
• Maintain documentation on ALM processes and tools.
• Integrate ALM with other systems and monitor performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Engineering or technical field.
• 2+ years of experience with R&D ALM systems.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills in a QMS environment.
• Experience with design controls, commercialization, and cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: Experience with Polarion ALM, FDA/ISO compliance, and custom dashboard/report creation.
